Naplock and Matwell has been set up because there is a gap in the market for clients to find someone experienced enough to do the maintenance jobs, and who can allocate resources to the smaller projects which may require instant attention.

While New Zealand is currently going through a labour shortage due to record lows in unemployment ( currently 3-4%) the trade can not support the larger number of smaller but equally frustrating jobs that clients need remedied. This subsequently leads to a shortage of skilled labour and eventually quality and performance  issues.

Naplock and Matwell will support this venture with a dedicated project manager, and the ability to provide skilled resource as required. It commits to provide an emergency response based on greatest need plus where necessary to co-ordinate resources from Brayco’s other companies to satisfy demand.
